One Night at Ras Al Jinz

Depart from Muscat via the coastal road to explore Wadi Shab, located 157 km (around 1 hour 40 minutes) from Muscat. This natural wonder features one of the most breathtaking natural pools in Oman. After a short boat ride across the river arm, embark on a 45-minute hike through a vast canyon lined with palm trees and rugged trails. In the afternoon, head to the town of Sur, once a major port trading with East Africa until the early 20th century. Visit the Al Ayjah Lighthouse, one of the most popular attractions, offering a unique view of the beautiful town. Later, check into your hotel and enjoy dinner. In the evening, visit the Ras Al Jinz Turtle Reserve, where you'll witness an unforgettable experience as the turtles come ashore to lay their eggs. Watch them cover the nests and return to the sea. After the tour, return to your hotel for the night. The next morning, after breakfast, drive to Wadi Tiwi, one of the most scenic valleys in Oman, with its blue-green pools surrounded by palm trees, another ideal spot for a refreshing swim. Continue your journey to Bimmah Sinkhole, a large crater-like collapse filled with seawater. You can access this natural pool via stairs.
